## About the Role Tenet3 is a digital knowledge‑management company based in Dayton, Ohio, building AI‑driven platforms for cybersecurity, system assurance, and engineering change analysis. The Junior Frontend Software Engineer will work under senior engineers to create reliable, user‑facing components using modern web technologies and established design systems. ## What You'll Do - Build responsive, accessible UI components with React, HTML, and CSS following the company’s design system. - Participate in the full Agile cycle: refine tickets, attend stand‑ups, demos, retrospectives, and contribute to code reviews. - Debug UI issues, improve performance and accessibility, and maintain clear component documentation. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, communicate technical decisions, and continuously learn new front‑end practices. ## Required Qualifications - 1–3 years of front‑end development experience (including internships). - Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and Agile tools such as Jira. - Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to document components and articulate technical issues. ## Benefits - Competitive salary ($70,000‑$80,000) with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match. - Generous PTO, flexible work hours, and HSA contributions. - Educational support for higher‑education, conferences, and self‑study. - Inclusive culture that values visibility, growth, and collaboration.
