## About the role MORSE Corp, an employee‑owned technology firm serving the U.S. National Security ecosystem, is looking for a Cloud Software Engineer. The role focuses on building AI, machine‑learning, simulation, and mission‑planning capabilities for Department of Defense customers. You will work with cross‑functional teams of engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure cloud‑based software. ## What you'll do - Design and develop efficient Python applications that run at scale. - Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation). - Deploy and manage cloud services on major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) while ensuring security compliance. - Participate in design and code reviews, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing. - Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and work within Agile, micro‑service architectures. ## Required qualifications - U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. - Strong proficiency in Python and at least 1 + years of experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Hands‑on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and Helm charts. - Familiarity with Agile development, micro‑services, and CI/CD automation. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 1 + years of software engineering experience. ## Nice to have - AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification. - Security+ or equivalent security certification. ## Benefits - Competitive base salary ranging from $90k‑$210k USD (≈ ₹74.7 LPA – ₹174.3 LPA). - Bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health benefits. - 10 paid holidays plus an open leave policy for full‑time employees. - Opportunity to work on mission‑critical technology for national security customers.
