Our crawlers surface candidate listings, but nothing publishes automatically. Every lead goes to a human queue.

Manual review
A reviewer checks: Is this real? Is it duplicate? Is the employer legitimate? Is the listing fresh? Is the salary band believable?

Enrichment
We add structured metadata — skills, work mode, location normalization, experience level, and tags — so you can filter effectively.
