## About the role Jobright.ai is looking for a recent graduate to join as a Full Stack Software Engineer. You will work across the product stack to build intuitive user experiences, scalable backend systems, and AI‑powered features that power a next‑generation job search platform. ## What you'll do - Build user‑facing features across both frontend and backend systems. - Develop responsive web interfaces with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and reliable APIs using Node.js or similar. - Connect product experiences with AI and recommendation capabilities, integrating third‑party APIs where needed. - Design and maintain data models, work with SQL/relational databases, and ensure high performance, accessibility, and reliability. - Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate closely with design, product, AI, and engineering teams. ## Required qualifications - Recent graduate (or graduating soon) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Exposure to both frontend and backend development. - Familiarity with Git, APIs, databases, and software testing. - Strong product sense, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment. ## Preferred qualifications - Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies. - Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. - Experience integrating third‑party APIs or AI services. - Knowledge of responsive design and web performance. - Prior internship or substantial full‑stack project experience. ## Benefits - Work on real, production AI agents used by actual users. - High ownership and impact on the product. - Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product development. - Collaborative, remote‑first environment with a focus on learning and growth.
