## About the Role Erias Ventures is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems ranging from processing‑intensive analytics to real‑time systems. The role involves working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, applying software design methodologies that fit the development environment. ## Responsibilities - Design, code, test, and debug software components in Linux environments. - Review and validate software against documented requirements, logging test results. - Resolve software problem reports and contribute to system‑level design decisions, including hardware/software trade‑offs and use of COTS/GOTS. - Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and use version‑control tools such as Git/GitLab. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or 4 years of relevant SWE experience as an alternative). - Ability to work in Linux development environments. - Exposure to programming languages such as C/C++ and Python. - Proficiency with Git, GitLab, and modern IDEs (VSCode, Eclipse, etc.). - Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum) and related tooling. - Current Top‑Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance (must have been held within the past 7 years). ## Desired Skills - Experience with geospatial data processing. - Development of 2D and 3D image display applications. - Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, or similar project‑management tools. ## Benefits - Competitive salary range of $115,000‑$150,000 USD (≈ 95 LPA‑124 LPA). - Above‑market hourly pay, 401(k) with immediate vesting, spot bonuses, and professional‑development incentives. - Comprehensive health package: fully‑paid medical, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance. - Generous PTO, flexible schedules, birthday off, Amazon Prime, internet reimbursement, and equipment allowance. - Strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and community‑building events. ## How to Apply Submit your application through LinkedIn or email referrals to jobs@eriasventures.com.
