## About the role Uplers is looking for a hands‑on DevOps Engineer to join a client’s Unified AI Infrastructure Management platform. The role is based onsite in Bangalore and involves managing Linux‑based development and production environments for a fast‑paced startup‑style product team. ## What you'll do - Deploy, monitor and maintain applications on Kubernetes clusters. - Create and maintain Helm charts for streamlined deployments. - Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Argo CD and other GitOps tools. - Automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. - Troubleshoot issues across containers, networking, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. ## Required qualifications - Strong hands‑on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm. - Proven ability to design and manage CI/CD pipelines and implement GitOps workflows. - Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and version control (GitHub). - Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineering teams. ## Benefits - Competitive salary (₹8 Lakhs per annum). - Full‑time permanent position with payroll and compliance handled by the client. - Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI infrastructure projects. - Exposure to modern DevOps tooling and cloud native practices. - Collaborative, high‑energy startup environment with fast‑moving priorities.
