## About the role Blue Yonder is seeking a QA Engineer - PD to join our product development team in Hyderabad. The core responsibility of this role is to build quality assurance and automated testing capabilities for our services, ensuring robust product delivery and performance. ## What you'll do * Verify data, investigate product integrity, and evaluate software functionality. * Plan, schedule, and develop automated test suite execution along with thorough test result analysis. * Ensure developed products meet design specifications and adhere to total quality management standards. * Analyze test results to infer the overall state of quality and communicate findings to key stakeholders. * Execute self-directed work activities while collaborating closely with development teams, technical leads, and QA Automation Engineers to meet combined goals. ## Required qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3 or more years of relevant hands-on experience. * Strong experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XM, or Kanban). * Proficiency with Java-based testing frameworks like JUnit and TestNG. * Experience with API automation (e.g., Rest Assured) and UI automation frameworks (WebdriverIO, Selenium). * Hands-on experience debugging cloud-native applications and conducting non-functional testing such as performance testing. * Understanding of modern web architectures, relational databases, microservices integration testing, and messaging architectures like Kafka. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), security standards (OAuth, SSO), build tools (Gradle, npm, Maven), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
