## About the Role EY’s Financial Services Organization (FSO) is looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to join its Service Delivery Center. The analyst will work on technology‑focused, project‑based engagements, delivering end‑to‑end solutions that modernize client applications, platforms and processes. You will be part of a high‑performing US‑based team that collaborates closely with advisory professionals and client stakeholders. ## What You’ll Do - Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable software designs. - Build, integrate, test, and deploy distributed applications using micro‑services, cloud, and API‑management technologies. - Contribute across the full software lifecycle – from architecture and coding to CI/CD, automated testing, and production support. - Work in agile, TDD‑driven teams and partner with clients to ensure reliability and an excellent user experience. - Travel up to 50 % of the time to client sites as needed. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience. - Strong back‑end skills (Java, Python, Node.js) and front‑end experience (React or Angular). - Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, NoSQL databases, micro‑services, serverless, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks (TDD/BDD). ## Preferred Skills - Experience with Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Hadoop/Spark, MongoDB/Cassandra. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). ## Benefits & Compensation - Base salary range: $55,400 – $113,000 (≈ 460 – 938 in LPA × 10). - Comprehensive health, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid‑time‑off benefits. - Flexible hybrid work model with 40‑60 % on‑site collaboration, plus a flexible vacation policy. - Opportunities for continuous learning, mentorship, and global mobility within EY’s professional services network.
