## About the Role We are looking for a Lead I – Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance applications using modern C/C++ technologies. ## What You’ll Do - Develop and enhance C++ and C based solutions, leveraging frameworks such as MFC, Qt, and WPF. - Write clean, maintainable code and create automated unit tests using NUnit, GoogleTest, and GMock. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate COM components and ensure seamless interaction between modules. - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions. ## Desired Skills & Qualifications - 4–6 years of professional experience in C/C++ development. - Strong command of Windows‑based UI frameworks (MFC, Qt, WPF). - Hands‑on experience with unit testing tools (NUnit, GoogleTest/GMock). - Familiarity with BDD, Model‑Based Testing (Axini), Dezyne, and ASD is a plus. - Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers. ## Benefits - Competitive compensation package. - Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies within a global IT services firm. - Access to continuous learning resources and career growth pathways. - Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
