## About the Role N-able is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its multi‑tenant services team on a flagship product. You will be part of a global crew focused on building distributed systems that power the Fusion technology stack, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance. ## What You'll Do - Design and implement features across backend services and APIs using Go and modern distributed architectures. - Work with event‑driven systems, micro‑services, and multi‑threaded architectures. - Apply upsert patterns and distributed data‑management strategies, leveraging DocumentDB, OpenSearch, SpiceDB, AWS Neptune and GraphQL. - Write disciplined, high‑quality code with small, meaningful commits and clear commit messages. - Implement unit tests, behaviour‑driven tests with Ginkgo, and performance tests with K6. - Participate in code and design reviews, provide technical feedback, and help estimate and scope backlog items. ## What You'll Bring - 8+ years of software development experience. - Strong expertise in Go, event‑driven distributed systems, micro‑services, and multi‑threaded architectures. - Hands‑on experience with DocumentDB, OpenSearch, SpiceDB, AWS Neptune, and GraphQL. - Solid understanding of distributed data practices and cloud‑native design, preferably on AWS. - Familiarity with Agile development practices and strong analytical/problem‑solving skills. - Bonus: experience with C#, Java, ASP.NET, Python, Angular, JavaScript, or SQL. ## Benefits - Group medical, personal accident and term life coverage. - Generous PTO and observed holidays plus 2 paid volunteer days per year. - Employee Stock Purchase Program and fun‑raising opportunities. - N‑ablite Learning – custom learning experiences. - Hybrid working model based on trust and flexibility.
