## About the Role Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a **Commis** at Hilton’s Conrad Bengaluru, you will assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. ## Responsibilities - Prepare high‑quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards. - Manage guest orders efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience. - Execute complex recipes, oversee stations, control quality, and perform inventory checks. - Inspect and finalize plates to meet presentation standards. - Keep food service stations stocked, sanitary, and compliant with food‑handling, storage, and safety protocols. - Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed. - Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑awareness regulations. ## Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in a 5‑star hotel or high‑standard restaurant. - Basic knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine. - Ability to stay calm and solve problems under pressure. - Comfortable working in hot, humid, and noisy kitchen environments. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards. ## About Us Hilton is an award‑winning global hospitality leader, welcoming over 3 billion guests worldwide.
