## About the Role Jobright.ai is looking for an Entry‑Level AI Engineer to build intelligent systems that power its AI‑driven job search platform. You will combine large language models (LLMs), tools, APIs, and structured product data to create reliable AI agents and decision‑support capabilities for users. ## What You'll Do - Design and implement multi‑step workflows for search, research, and personalization. - Build AI systems that integrate LLMs, tool‑calling, retrieval, memory, and decision logic. - Create evaluation and monitoring pipelines to ensure system reliability, safety, latency, and cost efficiency. - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ship production‑grade AI agents. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript. - Solid understanding of AI/ML or NLP fundamentals. - Experience with APIs, backend systems, and debugging. - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. ## Preferred Experience - Prior work building AI agents or tool‑using LLM applications. - Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, workflow orchestration, or evaluation frameworks. - Experience with cloud platforms and production AI systems. - Interest in human‑AI interaction and intelligent product design.
