## About the Role Jobright.ai is building an AI‑driven job search platform and is looking for an entry‑level Machine Learning Engineer to develop, evaluate, and optimise models that power the product. You will work closely with data, engineering, and product teams to create production‑ready AI agents that impact real users. ## Responsibilities - Train and evaluate machine‑learning models. - Build reliable datasets and feature pipelines. - Design experiments and compare modelling approaches. - Optimise model accuracy, latency, and resource usage. - Investigate errors and model failure patterns. - Partner with engineers to deploy and monitor models in production. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Strong Python programming skills. - Understanding of supervised learning, optimisation, and evaluation. - Familiarity with NumPy, pandas, and common ML frameworks. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving abilities. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with deep‑learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Exposure to model deployment and monitoring workflows. - Experience with NLP, ranking, or recommendation systems. - Prior research, internship, or project work in machine learning. ## Why Join Us - Build real, production AI agents used by real users. - High ownership and impact from day one. - Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product. - Shape how people experience AI‑driven job search.
