## About the Role Want to start your career as a Java Developer? mthree’s Alumni graduate program offers in‑depth graduate training, ongoing support, and placements with tier‑one investment banks and other leading global employers. You’ll receive two Executive Education certificates from Columbia Engineering at no cost and gain access to their network. ## What You’ll Do As a software developer you will build complex applications in a global team environment, write clean Java code, and see your work deployed to real users. You’ll continuously look for ways to improve results through software development and contribute to a collaborative, high‑impact team. ## How the Alumni Program Works 1. Apply via the job advert and complete the assessment process. 2. Attend a 4‑8 week online mthree Academy focused on Java (or other client‑required languages). 3. Join a client for 12‑24 months, receiving salary increases every 12 months and support throughout. 4.
