## About the Role JPI is seeking an entry‑level Associate Agentic Software Developer to join the Solution Delivery team within the Digital Engineering organization in Dallas, TX. This position is designed for recent or upcoming graduates to begin their software engineering career, working on AI‑driven agents, full‑stack internal applications, and system integrations. ## What You'll Do - Build, test, and maintain agentic AI applications, AI‑powered automations, and RPA solutions using platforms such as Workato, Claude Cowork, and Microsoft Copilot. - Develop and support integrations with Python, Node.js, Oracle Cloud, and REST APIs, writing backend logic, APIs, and responsive UI components (React preferred). - Participate in Agile ceremonies, submit code for peer review, and contribute to testing, validation, and deployment activities. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI developers, architects, and integration engineers to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (candidates still in school are eligible if they graduate by the end of the spring semester). - Demonstrated programming ability in Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience building projects involving large language models or agent frameworks. - Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL/relational databases, version control, and Agile team environments. - Preferred: experience with Workato or other iPaaS platforms, cloud services (Oracle Cloud, Azure), CI/CD tooling, and front‑end frameworks such as React. ## Benefits - Competitive salary and bonus program - 4 weeks PTO (pro‑rated), 11 holidays + 8 early‑release days - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) with up to 5% company match, HSA, flexible spending accounts - Tuition assistance, phone reimbursement, volunteer time, parental leave, and associate referral bonuses - Structured mentorship and clear growth path toward senior individual contributor or technical leadership roles
