## About the Role Enhance IT is looking for a motivated Junior Python Developer to join its consulting team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are passionate about building modern, Python‑based applications and APIs. ## What You'll Do - Design, develop, test, and maintain Python applications following clean‑code principles. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services. - Write SQL queries and work with relational databases to support application functionality. - Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, QA engineers, and other technical teams using Agile methodologies and version‑control (Git). - Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to improving development standards. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field. - 1–4 years of professional experience in software development, preferably with Python. - Strong Python programming skills, understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms. - Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a plus. - Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, SQL, and Git. - Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. ## Preferred Qualifications & Benefits - Projects or internships involving Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy. - Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Agile/Scrum. - Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, GA for a paid training program and client engagements across the U.S. - Benefits include 401(k) and tuition assistance.
