## About the Role LeadSquared, a fast‑growing SaaS company building marketing automation and CRM solutions, is looking for a Senior Full‑stack Engineer to join its core engineering team in Bengaluru. You will own end‑to‑end product features—from ideation and architecture through deployment and monitoring—working closely with product, design, and data teams. Your code ships to production daily and directly impacts thousands of users. ## What You'll Do - Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and micro‑services using Node.js (Express/Fastify/NestJS). - Build responsive, high‑performance user interfaces with ReactJS (or Vue/Angular) using modern patterns (Hooks, Context, Redux, TypeScript). - Architect and deploy solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch) and manage containerised workloads with Docker and ECS/EKS. - Lead low‑level design discussions, produce LLD documents, and participate in architecture reviews. - Leverage AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. - Write clean, testable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. ## Required Qualifications - 4–6 years of professional experience with Node.js and ReactJS. - Strong grasp of RESTful API design, async programming, and event‑driven architecture. - Hands‑on experience with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. - Proficiency with AWS core services, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, Jenkins). - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and low‑level design principles. - Experience using AI coding assistants and crafting effective prompts. ## Nice‑to‑Have - Experience building SaaS products at scale. - Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, ELK). - Exposure to GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets. - Contributions to open‑source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio. - Prior mentorship or leadership of a small engineering pod.
