## About the role Genesis Global is building a low‑code platform for financial markets that combines high‑performance back‑end and modern web technologies. As a Senior Software Engineer you will design, implement, test and maintain applications built on the Genesis Framework while collaborating closely with product owners, UI/UX designers and core engineers. ## What you'll do - Develop Java‑based backend services and full‑stack features for the platform. - Work through the full software development lifecycle, setting project milestones and delivering releases on time. - Adapt to new ways of working, contributing ideas to improve processes and product quality. - Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. ## Required qualifications - Minimum 3 years of professional Java development experience. - Strong knowledge of front‑end and/or back‑end Java development. - Proficiency in at least two of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, React, CSS/Sass, WPF. - Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Aerospike) and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL). - Ability to collaborate, influence and continuously learn new technologies. ## Benefits - Competitive salary with a performance‑based bonus and equity stake. - 18 days of leave plus public holidays. - Private medical insurance covering dependents. - Remote‑working allowance and hybrid model (1‑2 days in office per week). - Training and wellbeing allowances to support personal and professional growth.
