You will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLA. The role involves understanding omnichannel experiences—delivering seamless service across online, in‑store, and mobile channels—to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. ## What we're looking for * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to solve routine problems using established guidelines. * Proficiency in English (International) and a customer‑service mindset. * Willingness to work rotational shifts and follow detailed instructions under supervision. * An entry‑level attitude with the desire to contribute as an individual contributor within a team. ## Required qualifications * Any graduation (any degree). * 0‑1 year of relevant experience. * Familiarity with omnichannel concepts and customer service principles. * Ability to work within predefined scope and under close supervision.
