## About the Role As an Expeditor at SBM Offshore N.V., you will be the linchpin ensuring that materials and equipment reach project sites on time. You will work closely with suppliers, project teams, and logistics personnel to keep purchase order deliveries on track and mitigate any potential delays. ## What You'll Do - **Supply Chain Coordination**: Confirm order details, shipping dates, and delivery times with suppliers. - **Schedule Monitoring**: Track order status and proactively expedite deliveries. - **Communication**: Provide regular updates to project management, procurement leads, engineers, and logistics teams. - **Documentation**: Maintain accurate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates. - **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve issues that could impact delivery schedules. - **Vendor Management**: Evaluate supplier performance and work with vendors to improve reliability. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Strong organizational and time‑management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Understanding of the oil and gas industry supply chain. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ## Benefits - Opportunity to work in a global leader of offshore energy solutions. - Exposure to complex supply chain operations within the oil & gas sector. - Collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams. - Professional growth and development opportunities.
