## About the Role As a Hospitality Associate at Holy Sin Cafés, you will be an integral part of the team, delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests. The role demands a solid understanding of hospitality practices and excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. ## Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist clients with a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring their needs are met promptly. - Handle reservations and bookings, maintain accurate records, and provide detailed information to clients. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth operations. - Assist in coordinating events and functions, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas, including lobbies, dining areas, and guest rooms. - Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance the client experience. - Collaborate with team members to uphold the high standards of hospitality set by Dorm Hub and Holy Sin Cafés. ## Required Qualifications - Strong background in hospitality or related customer‑service roles. - Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written). - Ability to manage reservations and handle client inquiries efficiently. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Friendly, proactive attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences. ## About the Company Aawas Yojana is a dedicated platform committed to turning dreams of permanent residence into reality for those in need.
