## About the Role FinnovationZ is looking for a dynamic Investment Advisory Associate to join its fast‑growing fintech and financial‑education platform. You will interact with prospective and existing clients, understand their investment requirements, explain relevant products and services, and convert qualified prospects into paying customers. The role sits at the intersection of finance, technology and education, offering exposure to equity investing, fundamental analysis, market trends and a range of investment products. ## What You'll Do - Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective investors and clients, understanding their objectives and financial‑market interests. - Explain FinnovationZ’s investment‑related products, research services and financial‑education offerings. - Generate and qualify leads through calling, networking, referrals, social media and other channels; maintain a healthy sales pipeline. - Convert qualified prospects into customers while maintaining professional client relationships. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets. - Keep accurate client information, follow‑ups and sales activities in the CRM and coordinate with research, sales and management teams as needed. ## Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 months of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, stock broking, financial services or a related fintech organisation. Freshers with strong stock‑market knowledge may be considered. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Indian stock market, equity markets (NSE & BSE), Sensex & Nifty, fundamental and technical analysis, financial statements and valuation concepts. - Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection‑handling skills; ability to communicate financial concepts clearly in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). - Proficiency with CRM tools and lead‑generation techniques. ## Benefits - Competitive fixed salary of ₹4–₹4.5 LPA plus unlimited incentives; no salary cap for high performers. - High‑growth fintech environment with opportunities across investment advisory, sales, business development, wealth management and financial services. - Autonomy and ownership to contribute ideas and shape the business. - Continuous learning about financial markets and investment products. - Career growth pathways within a rapidly expanding organization.
