## About the Role Blue Dart Express Limited, a leader in courier and e‑commerce logistics in South Asia, is seeking a Territory Service Representative (TSR) – Operations. The TSR is the face of Blue Dart on the ground, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while ensuring a superior customer experience and strict adherence to operational standards. ## Key Responsibilities - **Pickup & Delivery Operations**: Perform timely pickups and deliveries, verify shipment details, maintain route efficiency, and ensure shipments reach customers within committed timelines. - **Customer Service Excellence**: Represent the Blue Dart brand professionally, handle basic customer queries, and escalate issues when needed. - **COD & Documentation Management**: Collect cash on delivery, manage accurate cash handling, obtain proof of delivery and required documentation, and report discrepancies. - **Operational Compliance & Safety**: Scan shipments using handheld devices, follow SOPs, adhere to road safety guidelines, and maintain vehicle and asset responsibility. - **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with shift in‑charges and branch teams, support colleagues during contingencies, and contribute to branch productivity goals. ## Qualifications & Experience - Minimum 10th standard pass; higher education is a plus. - Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in courier, logistics, distribution, retail delivery, or field operations. - Ability to handle COD collections, documentation, and operate handheld scanning devices. - Must be at least 18 years old. ## Benefits Blue Dart offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, opportunities for cross‑functional growth, global career paths, and a strong culture of recognition.
