## About the role International Certification Services (ICS) is seeking an energetic and result‑oriented Marketing Executive to drive business development across multiple locations in India. The role involves generating new leads, promoting ISO certification services, and building strong client relationships. ## Responsibilities - Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and tele‑marketing. - Promote ISO standards and certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 21001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). - Meet prospective clients, understand their certification requirements, and present suitable solutions. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. - Maintain daily activity reports, client data, and follow‑ups in CRM/MIS. - Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution of certification projects. - Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities as needed. ## Required qualifications - Any graduate from a recognized university. - 6‑12 months of experience in sales and marketing (B2B preferred). - Good communication and presentation skills, confident and professional demeanor. - Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. - Basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferred). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work. ## Benefits - Attractive salary with performance‑based incentives. - Learning and growth opportunities in the certification and compliance domain. - Exposure to corporate clients across multiple industries. - Opportunity to work with a reputed ISO certification body with over 20 branches in India and 10 overseas.
