The role involves researching client queries, responding promptly, and participating in process improvements and automation initiatives. ## What we're looking for The ideal candidate has experience in the US Retirement Services domain, particularly with Defined Contributions and Money‑Out processes such as In‑service withdrawals, Hardship withdrawals, rollovers, lump‑sum distributions, and Required Minimum Distributions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize high‑value transactions are essential. ## Key responsibilities - Process and verify client transactions with high accuracy. - Preserve client confidentiality and comply with all relevant policies and regulations. - Respond to business partner and support team requests with minimal response time. - Contribute to quality control standards, process improvements, and automation projects. - Complete assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines while managing daily BAU tasks.
