## About the Role Logicwind Technologies is seeking a Client Support & Project Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will handle client inquiries, understand their needs, and ensure timely updates and resolutions. This position does not require coding or technical development skills, but it does demand excellent communication, a customer‑first attitude, and strong follow‑up abilities. ## Key Responsibilities - Act as the main point of contact for clients using our software products, receiving queries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, or online meetings. - Document client issues clearly and coordinate with Development, QA, and Product teams for resolution. - Follow up with internal teams to guarantee timely task completion and keep clients informed about the status of their requests. - Schedule client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and maintain records of all client interactions and resolutions. - Build and nurture positive client relationships through prompt and professional support. ## Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written English communication. - Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities. - Effective follow‑up and coordination skills. - Good documentation and email writing proficiency. - Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. ## Benefits - Opportunity to work in a dynamic software development environment. - Exposure to cross‑functional teams (Development, QA, Product). - Professional growth and skill development in client support and project coordination. - Competitive full‑time employment with potential for career advancement.
