## About the Role Market Scalpers Private Limited is hiring two Business Development Executives to join a fast‑growing team focused on trading education and financial markets. The position is based in Chennai with a work‑from‑home arrangement, offering a dynamic environment where you will engage directly with prospects and help expand the company’s footprint. ## What You'll Do - Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals. - Build and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their needs in trading, stock market, and financial education. - Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while handling pressure and tight deadlines. - Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop sales strategies and improve conversion rates. - Provide regular feedback on market trends and client requirements to help shape product offerings. ## Required Qualifications - Good communication skills in both Tamil and English. - Strong interest in sales, business development, and financial markets. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. - Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for outcomes. - Positive attitude with a keen desire to learn and grow. ## Benefits - Base salary of ₹10,000 per month with performance‑based incentives. - Salary increase after the probation period. - Monday‑Saturday working schedule. - Opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the trading and financial education sector. - Friendly, supportive team environment with growth potential.
