## About the Role As a Front Desk Associate (Guest Experience Expert) at The Ritz‑Carlton, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable and unique experiences from check‑in to check‑out. You will embody the brand’s Gold Standards, delivering luxury service with professionalism, confidentiality and a warm, welcoming attitude. ## What You'll Do You will process guest arrivals and departures, handle reservations, respond to guest requests, and complete operational reports. The role requires moving around the lobby area, standing for extended periods, and performing light physical tasks such as lifting items up to 10 lb. You will also share local highlights, assist with concierge services, and ensure the lobby environment remains safe and orderly. ## Required Qualifications The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. No prior work experience is necessary, making this an ideal entry‑level opportunity. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and customer‑service skills, the ability to work on their feet for long periods, and the capacity to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
