## About the role Unisys is looking for an entry‑level Associate Tech Service Desk professional to join its IT Services team in Hyderabad. You will be part of a dynamic support group that ensures end‑users receive timely assistance and that service‑level agreements are met. ## What you'll do - Provide first‑line user support, guiding users through steps to restore functionality. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using remote‑access tools. - Escalate complex problems to second‑ and third‑level resolver teams. - Coordinate and fulfill end‑user service requests, including software installation and administrative tasks. - Manage tickets through to closure while keeping users updated on status and progress. - Contribute to the continual improvement of the Service Desk knowledge base. - Support special projects as assigned and adhere to security and connectivity policies. ## Required qualifications - High School diploma or GED (required). - Generally less than 1 year of experience in a similar support role. - Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset. - Ability to work with remote access tools, ticketing systems, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting. - Willingness to learn and comply with Unisys policies and procedures. ## Benefits - Equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. - Exposure to a global IT services environment and opportunities for skill development. - Access to internal training resources and career growth pathways.
