## About the Role Talentd, in partnership with IBM Finance & Operations, is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru East, Karnataka. As part of IBM's finance transformation engine, you will work with cross‑functional teams to build data‑driven solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision‑making across the business. ## What You'll Do - Design, develop, and test software components under the guidance of senior engineers. - Contribute to subsystem development, ensuring high‑quality code that meets customer expectations. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to uphold software reliability. - Collaborate with internal and external communities, seeking feedback and sharing knowledge. - Follow the team's SDLC, Agile/Waterfall processes, and adopt AI tools to boost productivity. ## Required Qualifications - Exposure to component design, coding, and testing of information systems. - Experience with unit testing, documentation, and maintaining technical records. - Familiarity with system integration concepts such as APIs and data interfaces. - Ability to produce clear technical documentation and work within Agile or Waterfall methodologies. ## Preferred Experience - Hands‑on experience with advanced coding techniques, design patterns, and testing frameworks. - Knowledge of component development methodologies and AI‑assisted development tools. - Understanding of system integration tools and data interface technologies. ## About the Business Unit The IBM Finance organization drives enterprise performance and transformation, acting as the financial steward for IBM’s global operations.
