The platform safeguards email, data, applications, and networks through innovative solutions and a managed XDR service, helping thousands of IT professionals and service providers strengthen their cyber‑resilience. ## What You'll Do - Monitor networks for security events and incidents, detecting active threats, intrusions, and compromises. - Respond to security alarms, analyze incidents, and escalate as needed. - Manage vulnerability scanning, endpoint protection, and email protection services. - Provide tier‑one SIEM engineering support and first‑line operational assistance for Barracuda XDR security services. - Conduct threat hunting, malware/vulnerability research, and publish regular threat advisories. - Participate in agile projects to advance SOC maturity and handle customer management, issue identification, and mitigation. ## Required Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience troubleshooting technical issues and using ticketing systems. - Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems. - Understanding of basic networking principles and incident response. - Familiarity with common SOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Scanners, sandbox environments). - Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts in a 24/7 environment. - Preferred: programming skills and cloud computing knowledge. ## Benefits - A collaborative team where opinions are valued and impact is recognized. - Opportunities for internal mobility, cross‑training, and career progression. - Equity compensation in the form of non‑qualifying stock options. - Exposure to cutting‑edge cybersecurity technologies and a global SOC environment.
