## About the role XenonStack Moments is a fast‑growing Data and AI Foundry building enterprise‑grade platforms across the agentic stack. Their mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to AI + Human Intelligence by delivering reliable, responsible, and enterprise‑ready systems. ## What you'll do As a Backend Software Engineer you will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Python, or Golang. You’ll implement APIs, services, and data‑access layers, work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and contribute to feature development, bug fixes, and performance improvements. You’ll also participate in code reviews, write basic unit tests, and collaborate closely with senior engineers to understand system architecture and cloud‑native best practices. ## Required qualifications **Must‑have**: 6 months – 1 year of hands‑on development experience, strong fundamentals in at least one language (Java/Python/Golang), solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and SQL, familiarity with Git and standard development workflows, and a problem‑solving mindset. **Good‑to‑have**: exposure to REST APIs or frameworks such as Spring Boot, FastAPI or Flask, basic knowledge of operating systems, networking or distributed systems, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or Docker. ## Why join us You will work in an AI‑first product environment, gaining mentorship from senior engineers while building production‑grade backend systems that power enterprise workflows.
