## About the role Sanmina is looking for a Graduate Trainee to join its B2B Applications support team in Chennai. This is an entry‑level position where you will work on monitoring and maintaining critical integration platforms and provide first‑line support to both internal and external customers. ## What you'll do - Monitor Sterling B2B Integrator and Oracle alerts on a 24×5 support model, ensuring all systems run smoothly. - Track and analyze trouble tickets in the ticketing system, performing first‑level analysis and gathering required information for resolution. - Provide excellent customer support for external and internal stakeholders. - Handle inter‑company EDI support issues, reconcile daily reports, and communicate with suppliers regarding overdue, rejected, or partially accepted transactions. - Work on supplier and customer issue tickets, ensuring timely closure. ## Required qualifications - Minimum **1+ years** of experience in Java or Oracle development. - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, B.E., B.Tech, or MCA. - Technical skills: **Core Java, C, C++, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle**, and familiarity with B2B integration tools. ## Benefits - Not specified in the posting.
