## About the role At PwC, our Data and Analytics Engineering team leverages advanced technologies to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. In the Intelligent Automation practice, you will focus on process mining, building next‑generation automation solutions, and implementing robotic process automation and digital workflows that drive operational efficiency and cost reduction. ## Responsibilities - Design and implement autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen, etc. - Develop and optimise Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for improved information retrieval and response generation. - Create robust evaluation frameworks to test agent performance, safety, and hallucination mitigation. - Implement monitoring, logging, and documentation standards for autonomous agents. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of agent architecture and capabilities. ## Required qualifications - Advanced Python programming with strong async and API development skills. - Hands‑on experience with vector databases, embedding models, and RAG pipelines. - Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. - Familiarity with modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD, testing). ## Preferred qualifications - Experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). - Knowledge of agent orchestration tools and workflow management. - Background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and semantic search. - Containerisation skills (Docker, Kubernetes). ## Benefits PwC offers a purpose‑driven, values‑led environment with inclusive benefits, flexibility programmes, mentorship, and a strong focus on wellbeing.
