## About the Role We are seeking a highly hands‑on DevOps Engineer with **3+ years of experience** to own and evolve a growing DevOps ecosystem. This is a systems‑heavy engineering role focused on architecting cloud‑native distributed systems, scaling high‑throughput analytics pipelines, and delivering both SaaS and on‑premise deployments. ## Key Responsibilities - Design and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS (EKS, VPC, EC2, RDS, etc.) for a multi‑tenant SaaS handling millions of real‑time events. - Own CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform. - Build Dockerized, container‑orchestrated environments and maintain Helm charts. - Implement observability (logs, metrics, traces), alerting, and incident‑response systems ensuring high availability and disaster recovery. - Drive security best practices, including network isolation, IAM policies, CVE remediation, and container security. - Create on‑premise versions of the SaaS platform, automating installation, upgrades, and maintenance. - Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams and act as a technical owner for DevOps initiatives. - Leverage AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and design AI agents/agentic workflows using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) for infrastructure automation. ## Mandatory Required Skills - Strong AWS expertise (EKS, VPC, EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, API Gateway, Lambda, Kinesis). - Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform. - Proficiency in GitHub Actions for CI/CD. - Scripting in Python, Shell, and Node.js. - Hands‑on experience with high‑scale distributed systems and columnar databases such as ClickHouse. - Ability to build SaaS‑to‑on‑prem deployments and automate complex enterprise setups. - Daily use of AI coding tools and building AI agents/agentic workflows. ## Preferred & Nice to Have - Familiarity with Digital Adoption Platforms or browser‑based products. - Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog. - Knowledge of spec‑driven development and maintaining AI tool configuration files. - Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO compliance environments and broader application development experience. ## Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - **3+ years** of DevOps experience with demonstrated ownership of production infrastructure, not just pipeline maintenance. - Mid‑Senior level position, full‑time employment.
