## About the role At HuntingCube (formerly Bitscale), a tight‑knit team of IIT Kanpur alumni is building a signal‑first GTM automation platform. The company is scaling fast and is now focusing on an AI roadmap that powers agents to reason over data, browse the web and automate end‑to‑end GTM workflows. ## What we're looking for We are targeting fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience. You should have shipped something tangible with AI – an agent, an LLM‑powered app, a fine‑tuned model, or any real‑world implementation. Proficiency in Python or Go (or a strong willingness to learn) is required. We value ownership, speed, and a genuine excitement about how AI is reshaping B2B teams. ## What you'll do - Build AI agent pipelines and LLM‑powered workflows that run at scale. - Develop backend services in Python/Golang to process high‑volume data streams. - Integrate with LLM providers, design prompt systems, and ensure agents are reliable in production. - Ship features that go live within days and are used by hundreds of GTM teams globally. - Collaborate directly with the founders on product, architecture, and roadmap decisions. ## Tech Stack We work with Golang, Python, AWS, Postgres, React/Next.js, and various LLM/AI APIs.
