## About the role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java/Spring developer with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high‑performance Java applications. The role involves working on eCommerce features, integrating with external systems, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. ## What you'll do - Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented Java code following team standards. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on technical implementation and assist fellow developers. - Follow architectural guidelines set by the Solution Design team and contribute to eCommerce feature development. - Continuously learn new technologies, explore tools, and share innovative ideas. - Act as a key trouble‑shooter for complex or escalated incidents. - Mentor less‑experienced team members and communicate ideas effectively. ## Required qualifications - 1‑2 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development. - Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and backend development principles. - Good debugging skills and familiarity with Agile project management practices. - Graduation degree in a relevant field. - Ability to quickly assimilate new technologies and work in a fast‑paced environment. ## Benefits Accenture offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for continuous learning, mentorship, and career growth.
