## About the role aiqon is hiring a Junior AI Engineer to work on applied AI and full‑stack software for clients in the USA and Australia. The role focuses on building and shipping AI systems such as document‑processing pipelines, truck‑tracking solutions, and other computer‑vision problems, as well as integrating those models into production‑grade applications. ## What you'll do - Develop, adapt, and ship machine‑learning models for real‑world problems (e.g., document extraction, logistics tracking, LLM‑assisted workflows). - Build and maintain AI‑related features like retrieval pipelines, model serving, and reliability tooling. - Contribute to full‑stack development: create product UI, APIs, and data services using modern web stacks. - Support USA and Australia client projects, requiring overlapping working hours and clear communication. - Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and document learnings for the team. ## Required qualifications - Fresh graduates up to 2 years of professional experience. - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript. - Familiarity with Git, HTTP/REST, HTML/CSS and at least one modern full‑stack framework (React, Node, or a Python web stack). - Genuine interest in AI/ML, with personal projects or a portfolio demonstrating applied work. - Excellent written and spoken English communication. ## Benefits - Fully remote position with flexible working hours. - Competitive compensation of ₹4–6 LPA. - Opportunity to work on diverse AI problems for global clients. - Collaborative, fast‑moving engineering culture. - Access to mentorship and growth in both AI and full‑stack development.
