## About LogAI LogAI is a Unified Intelligence Platform that helps businesses streamline sales, finance, HR, marketing, and operations through automation and AI‑driven insights. The platform combines AI‑powered marketing, CRM, finance, project management, and compliance tools into a single integrated solution, enabling startups and SMEs to scale efficiently. ## About the Role The SDE – JR role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kochi. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining back‑end services and APIs that power the Unified Intelligence Platform. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features, optimise performance, and ensure system reliability and scalability. ## What You’ll Do - Write clean, maintainable code for back‑end services and RESTful APIs. - Debug and resolve issues, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement product features and improve system architecture. - Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, security, and cloud‑based deployments. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and help drive continuous improvement. ## Required Qualifications - Strong foundation in computer‑science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and software‑engineering principles. - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript). - Experience with back‑end development, building RESTful APIs, FastAPI, and databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. - Understanding of object‑oriented programming (OOP) and ability to write modular, reusable code. - Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and micro‑services architecture is a plus. ## Benefits LogAI offers a fast‑paced product environment with opportunities to learn from senior engineers, work on AI‑driven automation products, and grow your career in a growing technology company.
