## About the Role DTCC is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Associate to ensure that all applications, system products, and solutions meet enterprise quality standards. You will work closely with product owners, developers, architects, and stakeholders across the financial services platform, contributing throughout the software development lifecycle. ## Your Primary Responsibilities - Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests across the delivery lifecycle. - Contribute to the design and enhancement of the automation framework. - Prepare, maintain, and execute test cases based on user stories, track defects, and ensure traceability from requirements to automated scripts. - Participate in delivery‑pipeline adoption, risk monitoring, and documentation compliance. ## Qualifications & Talents Needed for Success - Minimum of 1 year of related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Hands‑on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG and CI/CD technologies (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Cucumber, Git, Jira). - Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, C#) and solid SQL knowledge. - Understanding of functional, regression, smoke, and black‑box testing, as well as Agile/Waterfall delivery models. ## Pay and Benefits - Competitive base pay with annual incentive. - Comprehensive health, life, and well‑being benefits, plus pension/retirement plans. - Flexible hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and generous paid time off. - Opportunities for professional development and a supportive, inclusive workplace.
