## About the Role We are looking for an Entry Level Java Developer to join BeaconFire Inc., a software development firm based in Central NJ. This full‑time position is located in Texas, United States and offers the chance to work on high‑impact projects using modern Java technologies in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. ## What You'll Do - Develop scalable web applications using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Angular 2+, React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Write clean, maintainable, and secure code while conducting testing and code reviews. - Participate in an Agile Scrum team, handling the full development lifecycle from planning to production deployment, including CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization. - Create technical documentation for APIs and deployment procedures. - Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with Spring AI and LangChain4j, integrating vector databases and staying current with LLM technologies. ## Required Qualifications - Proficiency in Java and JavaScript. - Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, common data structures, and the software development life‑cycle. - Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic SQL. - Familiarity with Spring, Maven, and front‑end frameworks such as React.js or Angular. - Basic knowledge of AI/LLM concepts and interest in RAG technologies. ## Benefits - 401(k) retirement plan - Medical, vision, and dental insurance - Opportunity to work with cutting‑edge AI integration technologies - Collaborative and supportive team environment
