We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. For our health division, you will build and scale the entire Growth Marketing function from the ground up. You will develop the commercial growth engine, establish scalable processes, tools, reporting structures, and channel strategies, and drive customer acquisition across DTC, marketplace, and B2B channels.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires a builder mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to create structure and momentum in an environment where processes and playbooks are still being defined.

What you will do

Build and scale the Growth Marketing function from the ground up, establishing processes, tools, reporting frameworks, and ways of working.

Own the customer acquisition strategy across DTC, marketplace, and B2B channels, driving sustainable and profitable growth.

Lead all paid media activities, including strategy, budget management, campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting across key digital channels.

Develop and optimize the full customer journey, leveraging audience segmentation, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifecycle insights.

Create a robust analytics and measurement framework, including KPI tracking, attribution models, dashboards, and experimentation programs to support data-driven decision-making.

What you should bring

Proven experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or fast-paced e-commerce environments; experience in FemTech, DTC health, wellness, consumer healthcare, or other regulated consumer categories is a strong plus.

Demonstrated success building and scaling growth marketing functions, acquisition funnels, processes, and performance engines from the ground up.

Deep expertise in growth marketing, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and data-driven optimization.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to turn insights into action and execute effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build scalable measurement frameworks, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive results through experimentation and ownership.

What we can offer you

A welcoming workplace full of drinks, snacks, friendly faces and fun team-building events.

Access to unique discounts at high street retailers, hotels, and service providers, in addition to a 50% discount on all Lovehoney products to explore and discover new ways to have fun.

Enjoy a hybrid work model that fosters flexibility and work-life balance, with three days per week in-office and the opportunity to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, alongside 25 days’ holiday, plus an additional day for each year you are with Lovehoney, providing ample time for relaxation, rejuvenation, and exploration.

Access to customized training opportunities to support your unique learning journey, complemented by biannual feedback cycles, offering valuable insights into your performance and growth areas, enhancing your development within the company.

Recognising the significance of physical and mental health, we proudly provide gym benefits in addition to a mental wellbeing platform, to ensure our employees thrive both professionally and personally.

Stay secure at work and at home with a complimentary 1Password Family account. All Lovehoney Group employees can invite up to five family members to join, offering your household a safe and simple way to manage passwords and sensitive information safely and easily.
