## About the Role Coding Pillars LLP is seeking a passionate **IoT Engineer Intern** (Fresher) to work on real industrial IoT devices, embedded systems, machine data, networking, and cloud communication. The role is on‑site in Gurugram, Haryana, with immediate joining preferred and the possibility of full‑time conversion based on performance. ## Key Responsibilities - **Industrial IoT & Machine Data**: Capture, process, and troubleshoot sensor inputs and production data from press machines and stamping lines, ensuring reliable transfer to cloud platforms. - **Embedded Systems & Firmware**: Develop and modify firmware on Raspberry Pi Pico/Pico W and other micro‑controllers using MicroPython/Python, handling GPIO, UART, relays, and digital I/O. - **MQTT & Cloud Integration**: Implement MQTT communication with JSON payloads, manage QoS, reconnection logic, and integrate with AWS IoT services. - **IoT Gateway & Hardware**: Assist in prototyping and fabricating gateway devices, interface 24 V machine signals, and perform hardware testing. - **Networking**: Configure and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi/LAN connectivity, understand basic IP networking, and ensure stable cloud connectivity. ## Projects You Will Work On - **Industrial Press Machine Monitoring**: Signal interfacing, count monitoring, and cloud data transmission. - **Assembly Line IoT System**: Sensor‑based counting, barcode scanner integration via UART, and status indication using LEDs/buzzers. - **IoT Device Deployment & Networking**: On‑site installation, Wi‑Fi/router setup, AWS IoT troubleshooting, and documentation of deployment activities. ## Who Can Apply Fresh graduates from CSE, IT, ECE, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related streams. Basic knowledge of C/C++, Python/MicroPython, micro‑controllers (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi Pico), GPIO/UART/I2C/SPI, MQTT, JSON, and networking is preferred.
