## About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Java Developers who are freshers and eager to start their careers in software development. You will work closely with senior developers and project teams to build, test, and maintain Java applications. ## What You'll Do - Assist in developing and maintaining Java‑based applications. - Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code. - Support the development of web applications and REST APIs. - Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications. - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. - Learn and implement software development best practices. - Collaborate with team members to deliver project requirements on time. - Prepare technical documentation and reports as required. ## Required Qualifications - Basic knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, and Exception Handling. - Understanding of SQL and relational databases. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Basic understanding of Spring Boot (added advantage). - Knowledge of Git or other version‑control systems. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. - Educational qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (CSE, IT, ECE), MCA, BCA or M.Sc (Computers) with a minimum of 60% academic record. Pass‑outs of 2024‑2026 are eligible. ## Preferred Qualifications - Academic projects completed using Java. - Certifications in Java, SQL, or related technologies. - Internship experience in software development is a plus.
