## About the Role We are looking for a Web Developer who enjoys building things, solving problems and turning ideas into working digital experiences. You will work across websites, landing pages, interactive tools and lightweight digital products for a range of businesses and initiatives. Some projects will involve improving an existing WordPress site, while others may require building new sections from rough references, implementing analytics, or turning early prototypes into reliable user‑facing tools. ## What You'll Work On **Websites & Landing Pages** - Build and maintain WordPress websites - Develop new pages and website sections - Create responsive landing pages using Elementor and other page‑building tools - Translate wireframes or rough ideas into working pages and improve performance across desktop, tablet and mobile **Front‑End Development** - Write clean HTML, CSS and JavaScript - Use responsive layout techniques and browser developer tools - Work with Git/GitHub for version control - Experience with React or Next.js is a strong advantage **Digital Products & Prototypes** - Enhance early prototypes, AI‑assisted codebases, or partially built applications - Clean up or modify existing code, fix bugs, and integrate APIs or external services - Deploy applications, add measurement and analytics, and improve reliability ## What We’re Looking For - Strong practical web‑development skills, especially with WordPress - Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design - Familiarity with Git/GitHub and debugging browser issues - Experience with analytics and conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.) - Understanding of website performance and technical SEO fundamentals - Ability to work independently from rough requirements and collaborate with designers and marketers ## Particularly Valuable Experience with React, Next.js, APIs, Supabase, deployment platforms, webhooks, CRM/form integrations, interactive tools or calculators, marketing automation, server‑side tracking, and AI‑assisted development workflows. ## Selection Process & Why Join The selection process includes an interview followed by a practical assignment.
