Software Development Intern - 100& Remote

## About the role We are building a production‑grade AI agent used by finance teams. The intern will work directly on the same codebase our engineers ship to production, receiving guidance, code reviews, and fast feedback. This is **not** a corporate internship – you’ll get real responsibility and ownership. ## What you’ll do - Help build and improve pieces of the agent engine: reasoning loops, tool orchestration, conversation state. - Write and test LLM integration code: prompts, structured outputs, multi‑turn flows. - Ship small, real features in async Python on Azure, reviewed by the team before they go live. - Learn how a production AI system is kept safe and reliable. - Interact directly with the founders and senior engineers for rapid feedback. ## Required qualifications - Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science or a related field. - Some hands‑on experience with Python (class projects, personal projects, or work experience). - Curiosity about how LLMs and AI agents work under the hood. - Ability to admit when you don’t know something and find the answer. - **Nice to have:** exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), async Python frameworks (FastAPI, etc.), and solid Git/software‑engineering practices. ## What you’ll get - 🌍 Work from anywhere (fully remote). - ⚡ Experience with a frontier AI stack that stands out on a CV. - 🤝 Direct mentorship from founders and senior engineers. - 💡 Ownership of real features, not throw‑away tasks. - Duration: 3‑6 months.
