## About the role We are looking for a motivated **Junior Manual Tester** to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in software testing who is eager to learn and build hands‑on experience in the QA process. You will work closely with developers, senior testers, and product teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. ## What you'll do - Understand business and technical requirements for assigned projects - Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases - Execute test cases and report defects clearly and accurately - Re‑test fixes to ensure issues are resolved - Assist in maintaining test documentation and updating it when requirements change - Support test planning and execution activities - Participate in daily stand‑ups and team discussions - Work with team members to prepare test data and ensure proper test coverage - Help track and monitor defects using bug‑tracking tools - Follow the complete software testing lifecycle with guidance from senior team members ## Required qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent knowledge) - Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC - Ability to read requirements and write simple test cases - Good analytical and problem‑solving skills - Strong attention to detail - Basic knowledge of bug‑tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus - Good communication skills in English ## Preferred skills - Internship or training experience in software testing - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology - Basic understanding of web or mobile application testing
