## About the Role Droisys is an innovation technology company looking for entry‑level Data Analysts to join its analytics team. The role is open to candidates across India and can be performed remotely, offering the chance to work on real‑world projects that drive business decisions for a variety of clients. ## Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Analyse datasets to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insights. - Build and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using Excel, Power BI or Tableau. - Perform data validation, quality checks and support business teams with timely analytical reports. - Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data, and document data definitions and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand reporting needs and automate recurring processes where possible. ## Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field. - Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). - Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Understanding of statistical concepts and solid analytical/problem‑solving abilities. - Good communication and presentation skills; ability to work both independently and in a team. ## Preferred Qualifications - Internship or academic project experience in data analysis. - Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation. - Exposure to data‑warehousing, ETL concepts and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). ## Benefits Droisys invests in talent development, offers a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion, and provides opportunities for career growth through challenging projects and continuous learning.
