## About the role LogAI is an AI‑powered Unified Intelligence Platform that helps organizations automate and streamline sales, finance, HR, marketing, and operations. The company builds affordable, scalable AI solutions for startups and SMEs. ## What you'll do As a Junior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for back‑end services and APIs. You will collaborate with software engineers to understand requirements, write clean test code, participate in code reviews, and document and troubleshoot defects. You will also create and execute test plans, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and help improve overall software quality. ## Required qualifications - Solid grasp of manual testing fundamentals: test case design, functional testing, regression testing, defect logging. - Basic understanding of software applications, especially APIs and front‑end/back‑end interaction. - Exposure to at least one programming language such as Java or Python (automation experience is a plus). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Strong communication skills and a detail‑oriented, methodical mindset. - Interest in AI‑driven products and willingness to grow into automation. ## Benefits - Opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI products. - Collaborative on‑site environment in Kochi. - Learning and growth path from manual testing to automation engineering. - Exposure to full software development lifecycle and CI/CD practices.
