## About Enrich Labs We are a venture studio building products for sales, marketing, and GTM teams. Our portfolio includes InboxKit (email infrastructure), Enrich.so (lead data), and a high‑volume sending platform. Thousands of customers worldwide rely on our infrastructure to run outreach campaigns at scale. ## The Role You will own features from concept to production, handling both backend and frontend work. As a small team, you’ll build, ship, and maintain the same code, ensuring it delivers value to over 10,000 customers. We value clear thinking over seniority – a junior who thinks critically is preferred to a senior who coasts. ## What You'll Work On - Design and implement new features across our products, from idea to live deployment. - Build automation that processes tasks in seconds that would otherwise take days. - Develop monitoring and reliability systems to catch issues before customers notice. - Create intuitive dashboards and user flows that simplify complex operations. - Extend our public API, webhooks, and 24+ integrations for customer workflows. ## What We're Looking For - Deep understanding of how the internet works (DNS, HTTP, proxies, TLS) and strong networking instincts. - Curiosity about failure modes; experience with CTFs, bug bounties, or security testing is a plus. - Ability to deliver end‑to‑end features, comfortable with both backend and frontend tasks. - Strong product sense: you prioritize user impact, cut scope when needed, and maintain high UI/UX standards. - Self‑driven mindset – you build things on your own time out of curiosity. ## Good to Have - MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) - Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks - Experience with authentication flows (tokens, sessions) - Golang for backend services - Browser automation tools like Playwright or Puppeteer ## What We Don't Care About Your degree, past employers, years of experience with a specific tool, GitHub stars, or resume gaps.
